General terms and conditions of sale.
1. Definition of the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (the Conditions) regulate the sales relations of the Products (as defined below) that can be purchased on the website (the Site) through the service (the Service) between the Owner of the Service and the User who uses the Service or purchases the Products on the Site.
2. Owner of the Site
The Owner of the Service is Rome Holy Tours S.r.l. (hereafter, the "Owner" or "RHT"), which can be contacted at the following e-mail address info@romeholytours.com.
3. Products for sale on the website
The Owner offers two types of Products:
3.1 "Guided tours": these are tickets to take advantage of guided tours with a meeting point in the place where the visits are held.
3.2 "Guided day tours with transport": these are tickets to take advantage of guided tours including transport by bus or train, without overnight stay.
The types of Products referred to in points 3.1 and 3.2 include a guided tour service and any admission tickets to exhibitions, museums, palaces, gardens and monuments, unless explicitly mentioned on the ticket purchase page.
4. Product purchase procedure
Upon requesting to purchase, the user will be provided with a detailed description of the Products (3.1 and 3.2) including the title of the guided tour, the description of the guided tour, information regarding meeting point and time, the description of what is included in the purchase package and the relevant price expressed in Euro. To start a purchase order for one or more Products, the User has to click on the "Book now" or "Buy now" button (or equivalent) and follow the instructions for completing the order form, which must be considered as a contractual proposal between the Owner and the User.
To complete the order form, the User has to provide personal data and payment details, which will be processed in accordance with what is stated in the Site Privacy Policy.
During the purchase procedure, the User is asked to accept these Terms and Conditions, which can be reached from a link shown during the purchase procedure: acceptance is needed to finalize the purchase procedure.
5. Payment
Submission of the order form is declared concluded and the purchase of the included Products confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation e-mail containing the summary of the order from the Owner. The Owner's confirmation e-mail (printed or on smartphone) must be shown to the guide before the start of the guided tour. No ticket nor receipt will be sent to the User's physical address.
For the processing of payments, the Site and the Service do not in any way come into contact with the details of the credit card used or of the Stripe account or the PayPal account (such as credit card number, name of the holder, validity date and password), which are managed directly, respectively, by the credit card issuer and by itself. If these third-party tools refuse the payment authorization, the order will not be completed, therefore the Products in the shopping cart are not to be considered purchased and confirmed.
6. Annulment and refund
If the User has purchased one or more Products that do not comply with his needs, he can make a request for annulment or modification of the date and/or time of booking (cancellation, modification of the purchase or modification of the date and/or booking time) at the contacts shown in the confirmation e-mail or directly with the e-mail address info@romeholytours.com, reporting the purchase order relevant details. The User has the right to a full or partial refund depending on the date of the requested annulment or modification.
6.1 For the Products referred to in point 3.1 and 3.2:
if the request for annulment or modification of the date and/or time of booking is received up to one full week before the starting time of the guided tour, there is no cancellation fee (issue of a refund of equal value 100% of the amount of the purchased Product).
if the request for annulment or modification of the date and/or time of booking is received between one week and and 72 hours before the starting time of the guided tour, there is a cancellation cost of 50% of the amount of the Product for which the annulment was requested (issue of a refund of equal value 50% of the amount of the purchased Product).
if the request for annulment or modification of the booking date and/or time is received within 72 hours prior to the date of the guided tour, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount of the Product for which it was annulment requested.
7. Cancellation of guided tours
Guided tours referred to in points 3.1 and 3.2 may be subject to cancellation by unilateral decision of the Owner, also due to particularly adverse weather conditions or due to causes of force majeure. All Users who have purchased a guided tour subject to cancellation will be promptly informed by e-mail and/or by telephone and will be entitled to a full refund (with re-credit on the credit card or Paypal account used for the purchase) of the guided tour or at the User's choice.
Should the cancellation due to force majeure be regulated by legislative decrees, extraordinary regional and/or municipal ordinances, the reimbursement procedures will follow the indications prescribed therein.
During the refund procedures, the Owner does not in any way come into contact with the details of the credit card (or Paypal account) which are managed directly, respectively, by the credit card issuer and by Paypal itself.

All trademarks, figurative or nominative and all other signs, trade names, service marks, word marks, trade names, illustrations, images, logos that appear on the Site related to RHT are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or of its licensors and are protected by applicable trademark laws and related international treaties. All the contents of the Products referred to in points 3.1 and 3.2 are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected by the laws in force on copyright (Law no. 633/1941) and by the related international treaties.

The updated Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of publication on the Site indicated at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. Users of the Site are required to periodically check these General Terms and Conditions of Sale to ascertain any changes that have occurred since the last visit to the Site. 11. Applicable law and competent court

For any dispute arising from the use of the Service or from the purchase of Products or for the execution of the contract with the User, the court of Rome will be exclusively competent.
